At Bookingbird, great support means more than answering questions - it means helping customers truly grow. You’ll be the go-to person for users learning the platform and building their booking workflows.
What you’ll do:
- Onboard and train new customers through personalized sessions and chat support.
- Help configure payment integrations, automations, and ticketing workflows.
- Collect user feedback and work with product to improve usability.
- Build customer resources - FAQs, guides, and tutorials.
What you’ll bring:
- 1–3 years of experience in SaaS support or onboarding.
- Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus).
- Empathy, patience, and curiosity for how businesses operate.
- Bonus: experience with Stripe, Notion, or other SaaS tools.
